The focus is to promote and encourage Christian fellowship among senior members of our congregation and the community.
Held on a monthly basis, events are planned to appeal to people of retirement age with a diverse range of social interests. However, adults of any age are always welcome to participate.
In the past we have visited museums, theatre productions, a wind farm and a number of area restaurants. Programs featuring musical performances and speakers on a variety of topics like travelogues, hobbies and collections have also been offered. Recently our group enjoyed a luncheon cruise aboard the Spirit of Dubuque to view the fall colors.
At our annual Christmas Luncheon we were treated to a performance by the Monroe High School Madrigal Singers.
